FAQ #1: Can I bring my dog? 
Yes. We allow up to 2 pets with a maximum weight of 25 lbs per home. 

FAQ #2: Do you have an elevator or stairs on your property? 
We do not. All our apartment homes are single story buildings, much like a patio home. We have accessible  walkways and easy access to the clubhouse and pool area.  

FAQ #3: Do you provide any services? 
We provide scheduled transportation, apartment maintenance, and scheduled activities. 

FAQ #4: Do you accept subsidies? 
No.

FAQ #5: Do you have a waitlist? 
Typically we do have a short waitlist on each of our floorplans, but this varies. It is always best to call the office at 520-836-6555 for the most accurate information. 
 
FAQ #6: Am I allowed to have overnight visitors? 
Yes, you are. Cypress Point is your home. We ask that if your guest stays longer than 10 consecutive days, you list them as an occupant on your lease. If this is a concern, we would gladly speak to you regarding this process. 

FAQ #7: Is there covered parking? 
There is covered parking. Each apartment is assigned 1 covered parking space. Visitors can park in any of the uncovered spaces.  
 
FAQ #8: Are utilities included? 
Water, sewer, and trash are included. Each resident is responsible for setting up their own gas (Southwest gas) and electric (APS). 
 
FAQ #9: Are washer and dryers included? 
Washer and Dryers are not included, but every apartment home does have full size W/D hook-ups. We also have two coin operated laundry rooms, in case you do not have your own.
