I visited Cypress Point 5 years ago, and was impressed. When the time came, they put me on their waiting list, along with my deposit. A year later, a place was available. They hadn't changed: They were still very friendly and helpful and the property was still very clean and beautiful! I was shown the apartment. It couldn't have been more perfect. The staff went out of their way to help me get in there quickly. I would recommend this place to anyone! I do so look forward to getting moved in.

Cypress Point is a wonderful place to live the staff is very nice and helpful the grounds are immaculate plenty of activities and things to do I am so glad I chose CP as my home. Also there is a bus here that takes residents to appointments, grocery shopping, lunch outings, etc. I am very pleased.

It is a great place to live and make new friends. Activies that you can get involved in and enjoy. Get together events, bingo, paint class, knitting/crochet gatherings, exercise classes. game night, men meetings, and resident meetings every month.

I've been renting here for a little over a year with good satisfaction. It's a clean, well kept community, centrally located for shopping and medical needs, and access to the freeway/interstate to travel to Tucson or Phoenix areas. All in all a good fit for the 55+ age range.

I enjoy living at Cypress Point Retirement Community, the friends made and the many different activities that you can do yourself or group activities and the different Functions throughout the year. I advised people come down check it out asks questions. We be happy to have you join the community and bring your ideas and maybe start a activitie that you would like to do and share with everyone. The apartment are nice and management is great. STOP BY SOMETIME. I do a painting gathering monthly.
